2. Billing Cycle
- Paid plans are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annual)
- Your first charge occurs upon selecting a paid plan
- Unused invoices do not roll over month-to-month
3. Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- SEPA Direct Debit (for annual plans)
- Bank transfer (Enterprise plans only)
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
4. Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period
5. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After expiration, your account reverts to the Starter (free) plan
- Your invoice data is retained per legal requirements (see Privacy Policy)
6. Refund Policy
- We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods
- If you experience a service issue that prevented normal use, contact us within 7 days for a credit review
- Enterprise contracts may have custom refund terms
7. Late Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be downgraded to the Starter plan. Invoice submissions exceeding the free tier limit will be queued until payment is resolved.
8. Taxes
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. Spanish VAT (IVA) at the applicable rate will be added to your invoice where required. Businesses in other EU member states may need to provide a valid VAT ID for reverse-charge treatment.
