About AEAT Sync

Making Spanish tax compliance feel less like a tax.

Why We Built This

If you've ever tried to send a compliant invoice in Spain, you know the pain. Between VeriFactu regulations, AEAT certificate requirements, hash chains, XML signing, and the ever-growing list of mandatory fields — it can feel like you need a law degree just to invoice a client for a coffee.

We thought: this shouldn't be so hard.

AEAT Sync was born out of frustration and a simple idea — what if submitting a VeriFactu-compliant invoice was as easy as making an API call? What if freelancers, small businesses, and developers didn't need to spend weeks reading BOE documentation just to stay on the right side of the Agencia Tributaria?

What We Believe

Compliance should be invisible

You submit an invoice. We handle the hash chain, the XML, the signing, and the AEAT submission. You get a webhook when it's done.

Small businesses deserve enterprise tools

Whether you're an autónomo issuing 10 invoices a month or a SaaS processing thousands, the same robust compliance engine powers your submissions.

Developers come first

Clean REST API, comprehensive docs, webhook-first architecture. We built the API we wished existed when we needed it.

Security is non-negotiable

Your certificates are encrypted. API keys are bcrypt-hashed. The hash chain is immutable. We take compliance as seriously as you do.
